These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of UniStudents ("the Service"), provided by UNISTUDENTS IKE ("the Company"). Please read these Terms carefully before using the Service.

  1. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional terms and conditions that may apply. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
  2. Description of Service UniStudents is a mobile application designed to serve and support students of higher education from diverse backgrounds. It enables users to conveniently access and manage their academic progress, stay updated on faculty announcements, and explore various opportunities relevant to their educational journey. In order to enhance the user experience, the Service securely utilizes account credentials, such as email and password, associated with the user's academic status to collect pertinent data from their respective institutions.
  3. User Accounts You have the option to create a personalized account with the Service, known as a "UniAccount." This account empowers you to enjoy tailored content based on your academic data collected by the Service. While creating an account is not mandatory, please note that certain features associated with having a UniAccount may not be accessible without it.
  4. User Responsibilities The data presented within the app is provided as-is and should not be considered an absolute indication of your academic progress and status. While the Service strives to provide accurate analysis of the provided data, it is important for you, as a user, to also utilize the official systems provided by your academic institution for obtaining the latest and most accurate information regarding your academic journey.
  5. Intellectual Property The name UniStudents and the logo featuring the academic hat are registered trademarks owned by the Company. Unless explicitly permitted by the Company, you are prohibited from publishing, printing, or utilizing these trademarks in any manner.
  6. Prohibited Conduct Engaging in reverse engineering, de-compiling, exploiting, or abusing the services provided by the Company is strictly prohibited. Such actions are only warranted for the explicit purpose of voluntary or contracted testing aimed at assessing the integrity and security of the Services. The results of such testing must be promptly communicated to the Company and should never be utilized for malicious purposes or personal gain.
  7. Third-Party Links The Service may include third-party links from our trusted partners, which may lead to opportunities, surveys, advertisements, or other campaigns. Please note that the Company does not validate or endorse the content found on these external websites. Consequently, the Company cannot be held responsible for the legality or integrity of the information presented on these third-party web pages.

By using the Service, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. The Company does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, nor does it make any warranty as to the results that may be obtained from the use of the Service or as to the accuracy, reliability, or content of any information or service provided through the Service. The Company disclaims any warranties for any information or advice obtained through the Service.

Limitation of Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall the Company, its directors, officers, employees, agents, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service.

Indemnification You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Company, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) incurred by them arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of another person or entity. This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of these Terms and your use of the Service.
  12. Modification and Termination The Company reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time, effective upon posting the modified Terms on the Service. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. By continuing to use the Service after any modifications, you agree to be bound by the updated Terms. The Company may, in its sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to the Service, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease, and you must cease all use of the Service. The provisions regarding Intellectual Property, Prohibited Conduct, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law shall survive the termination of these Terms.
  13. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hellenic Republic. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, including the validity, interpretation, and performance of these Terms, shall be exclusively subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Athens, Greece to resolve such disputes.
  14. Dispute Resolution Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be resolved through good faith negotiations between the parties. If the parties are unable to resolve the dispute through negotiations, either party may elect to initiate mediation. The mediation process shall be conducted in accordance with the rules and procedures of a mutually agreed-upon mediation provider.If mediation is unsuccessful or not chosen by the parties, any unresolved dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in accordance with the rules and procedures of a mutually agreed-upon arbitration provider. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties. Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek injunctive relief or any other equitable remedy from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent unauthorized access to or use of the Service.
  15. Severability If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable under any applicable law, such provision shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms to the extent of such invalidity, illegality, or unenforceability, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The parties agree to replace any invalid, illegal, or unenforceable provision with a valid, legal, and enforceable provision that achieves the original intent of the Terms to the greatest extent possible.
  16. Entire Agreement These Terms, along with any additional terms and conditions or policies referenced herein or provided through the Service, constitute the entire agreement between you and the Company concerning the subject matter herein and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, understandings, and representations, whether oral or written, relating to such subject matter. No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision, and the Company's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
